Return & Refund Policy

At Guppi Bags, we want you to be happy with your purchase. As a small independent business, every bag is carefully designed, produced, packed, and shipped in limited quantities. To balance customer satisfaction with the realities of small-batch production, we accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns for items that meet all of the following conditions:

  • The return request is submitted within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is unused and unworn
  • The item is returned in its original condition
  • The item includes all original packaging, tags, and accessories (if applicable)
  • The item shows no signs of use, damage, staining, odors, or alteration

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • The name used for the order
  • The reason for the return

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items that are lost during return transit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after the returned item has been received and approved. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs showing the issue.

If we determine that the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
  • Items damaged after delivery through normal use, misuse, or improper care
  • Gift cards (if applicable)
  • Clearance, final sale, or otherwise marked non-returnable items

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different item, please return the eligible product for a refund and place a new order separately.

Refused or Undeliverable Shipments

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, invalid phone number, refusal of delivery, failure to pay applicable customs fees, or failure to collect the package, any original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Additional shipping fees may apply if the customer requests that the order be resent.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) ordered. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, except where required by law.
