At Guppi Bags, every order is packed and shipped by a very small team (often just one person), and we take care to ensure your bag arrives safely and in excellent condition. We appreciate your patience and support of independent design.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment is received.
During periods of high demand, new collection launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may extend to up to 10 business days. If there is a significant delay beyond this timeframe, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Information Requirements
To ensure successful delivery, a valid phone number is required for all orders. Shipping carriers use phone numbers to coordinate deliveries, contact recipients regarding address issues, customs requirements, or delivery attempts.
Orders cannot be shipped until a valid phone number has been provided. If we need to contact you to obtain or verify your phone number, this may delay the processing and shipment of your order.
Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Egypt
- Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days
International Orders
- Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (where available).
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipment confirmation.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout, including a valid shipping address and phone number.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an invalid phone number, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.
While we will do our best to help investigate delivery issues, Guppi Bags cannot be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your tracking indicates a package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
